TEACHING METHODS AND RESOURCES

Our training programs draw on a variety of teaching methods and resources to adapt to learners' different profiles, strengthen their motivation and engagement, facilitate memorization and understanding, encourage interaction and collaboration, enable better application of what has been learned and, finally, reinforce ongoing assessment.

The teaching methods used:

Teaching methods: Theoretical – Interrogative – Affirmative – Active

CERTIFICATION VALIDATION

Assessment of skills through a multiple-choice test.
Requirements for obtaining the internal certificate: 90% of answers must be correct to validate the certificate.
A certificate of attendance is issued to trainees at the end of the training.

Varied programs already in action

Although recently established, The French Hospitality Academy has already trained 170 students in 2024 and expects 500 more in 2025. Our training programs, which can be adapted to run for 1 to 2 days, cover a range of topics such as service excellence, handling complaints and complex situations, mastering cultural differences, and building loyalty among high-end clients. Every traveler is unique, and our services must adapt with flexibility and elegance to their specific needs, creating an unforgettable experience between two layovers. Well-managed flexibility, delivered with grace and professionalism, is an integral part of our mission. Our programs are currently undergoing Qualiopi certification, a distinction that reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.

The French Hospitality Group: A Company in Full Expansion

With the creation of The French Hospitality Academy, the group is responding to a growing demand for qualified staff to serve an exclusive clientele in private airline lounges around the world.

We are also involved in international tenders to expand our Haute Conciergerie and Luxury Service concept beyond Europe, allowing our school to expand its presence internationally.

New modules are in development to enrich our offering, always in step with the evolving expectations and needs of our clientele. 

Committed to the quality of our services, after our launch phase, we will provide you each year, in December, with access to the following performance indicators: – satisfaction rate * – pass rate on skills assessments * * data will be updated in January 2025.
